When logged in to your Twitter account, all users should now see a Twitter search box in the right column below your account stats and information. A search there leads to results like this:
At the top is the new “Save this search” option which, when clicked, will add the search term as a link right under the search box. After saving a search, the text at the top changes to “Remove this saved search” the next time you run that search query.
Twitter’s search function was originally only available on a sub-domain, search.twitter.com. Twitter began adding the search box on account pages in February for a limited set of Twitter users.
